In order to join and provide quotes/bids to prospects generated on the CleaningServiceLeads.com network, these terms and conditions must be read, acknowledged and agreed to. By checking that you agree to the terms and conditions you, the cleaning company agree that you have read these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this agreement can be changed at any time without notification, and it is the responsibility of the member cleaning company to evaluate these terms and conditions on a continual basis. Most changes will be relayed through email correspondence.

By joining CleaningServiceLeads.com you certify that you are properly licensed, insured and bonded to conduct cleaning services in the state and city that you will request and service leads for. In order to join CleaningServiceLeads.com, you must meet the requirements above and check the appropriate boxes in the online enrollment form. You the cleaning company also understand that CleaningServiceLeads.com and its affiliates do not provide cleaning services and is simply an intermediary providing contact information for prospective cleaning clients. You the cleaning service, or your parent franchise if necessary, shall not hold CleaningServiceLeads.com or its affiliates liable for any litigation civil or otherwise that resulted from the introduction of the client and/or the prospective client to you the cleaning service by CleaningServiceLeads.com and its affiliates.

Sales leads generated and provided to you (the cleaning service) will be contacted by your organization only to provide cleaning services according to the information provided by the prospective customer and in compliance of the terms and conditions of your membership as a CleaningServiceLeads.com cleaning service or janitorial company. This prospective customer’s information is not to be re-sold or used for telemarketing, continuous unsolicited mailings, whether these mailings are electronic or by regular postal mail.

It is expected by CleaningServiceLeads.com that you, the cleaning service/janitorial company will make every effort to contact the customer/prospective client in a timely fashion and to treat the customer/prospective client in a courteous manner and to use honest and ethical business practices.

CleaningServiceLeads.com member janitorial cleaning service companies may dispute sales leads. Although CleaningServiceLeads.com attempts to filter invalid leads, sometimes these can slip through unnoticed. Leads that contain false or invalid contact information, fictitious information, and/ or obscenities will be evaluated by CleaningServiceLeads.com and credited upon confirmation by CleaningServiceLeads.com.

CleaningServiceLeads.com member cleaning service/janitorial companies who have an account balance too low to pay for another lead of the least expensive lead type will allow others to reserve their zip codes. A notice will be sent by email when accounts are close to being depleted. Member cleaning companies must keep sufficient funds in their account to continue to retain reserved zip codes. All deposits including the startup deposit and any subsequent deposits are non refundable. The initial setup fee is also non refundable.

CleaningServiceLeads.com reserves the right to provide additional services to consumers utilizing our network. These additional services may include but are not limited to offers beyond the scope of member bids/quotes from member cleaning service/janitorial companies. CleaningServiceLeads.com reserves the right to send customer requests to a number of member cleaning service/janitorial companies that best suits the needs of the consumer requesting cleaning services.

Use of the CleaningServiceLeads.com system is limited to cleaning service/janitorial companies and their employees to provide bids, quotes, and estimates to prospective clients provided by CleaningServiceLeads.com and its affiliates. Partner membership to CleaningServiceLeads.com can be terminated at the discretion of CleaningServiceLeads.com and its affiliates for any reason. Abuse of the CleaningServiceLeads.com and affiliate computer systems is strictly prohibited and these abuses can and may result in termination of membership. Some abuses may result in legal action up to fullest extent of the law.

CleaningServiceLeads.com reserves the right to change the pricing structure of our services.
