·What is the CleaningServiceLeads.com dashboard?
The CleaningServiceleads dashboard, when logged in, provides our member cleaning companies with current account balance info, lead info, and the ability to update lead territories, and add funds for new leads. You may also update contact information and billing info.
·Does CleaningServiceLeads.com bill me for leads received?
No. In order to keep territories reserved and continue to receive leads, you must have money in your CleaningServiceLeads.com account. Money can be added to your account by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Paypal. The cost of leads is deducted from your account balance as they are emailed to you in the format of your choice. When your balance is such that it cannot cover the cost of another lead, others can then reserve your assigned lead area.
·How’s the security at CleaningServiceLeads.com?
Cleaningserviceleads.com data is secured by 128-bit encryption. Data is stored and backed regularly behind firewalls.
·Can I dispute a lead that I received?
You may. However, all leads are scrubbed for accuracy before being assigned. In other words, you will not see a lead coming from 123 That Street with a phone number of 123-456-7890. All lead contact info will be validated by proprietary software which ensures that zip codes match cities, cities match area codes, etc. It’s not impossible that a bad lead can get through. Leads that contain bad contact information, fictitious information, and/ or obscenities will be credited upon confirmation. Lead credits can be requested using an easy form located within the CleaningServiceLeads.com dashboard. CleaningServiceLeads.com will then verify that the lead meets the criteria above and issue a credit.
·What happens if my account has no money?
It’s possible that you could lose your reserved zip codes to another cleaning service in your area. A notice will be sent via email when the account is below the amount to purchase a new lead.
·Is your Cleaning Service Company information used or sold for any reason to a third party?
Absolutely not.
·Will your leads be sold and sold again?
Our (your) customers find it important to obtain bids/quotes from more than one cleaning company. So, any and all leads will be distributed to a maximum of three cleaning services and that’s it. That means you have a 1 in 3 shot at getting the job.
·How many contractors do you allow per zip code?
There is a limit of 3 cleaning services per zip code for each of the following services:
· Commercial Cleaning leads
· Residential Cleaning
· Carpet Cleaning (commercial and residential)
·What if a zip code that I want is already taken?
If a zip code in your area is already reserved by 3 commercial cleaning companies, you must wait until one of them gives up the zip code or fails to keep money in their account.
